At a pre-scheduled time, our consultant will conduct a Comfort Survey to evaluate your heating and cooling needs - whether furnace, air conditioning, heat pump, and/or air filtration - for your home and your budget. To help them determine the best plan of action and new system best suited to you, they will consider many factors, from your system’s repair history to whether you have pets or family members sensitive to allergens. During this home visit, the consultant will provide you with a written proposal for the project and also discuss with you The Home Depot’s many extended service warranties.
A suitable time will be scheduled for your heating and/or cooling installation to take place. At this time, your installer will deliver your new system, remove the old, install your new Comfort System and, finally, conduct an audit to ensure optimal operation. Throughout the project, your installer will maintain a safe work site and ensure a thorough cleanup, including the responsible disposal of your existing unit.
Once the project is complete, your installer will meet with you to perform a final inspection and ensure your satisfaction with the new Comfort System that has been installed in your home.
